President Joan Laporta of Barcelona visited Galatasaray High School with Burak Elmas before the return match.

Laporta, who visited the high school with Burak Elmas and the principal of Galatasaray High School, Murat Deverioul, was shown the classroom, library and conference hall where the Galatasaray Sports Club was established.
Examining the classroom where the story of the founding of the club began, President Laporta of Barcelona had a short conversation with the students and took pictures. Brak Elmas and high school principal Murat Develioul gave Laporta a plaque, and Laporta gave Brak Elmas a plaque. Later, Laporta and Braquelmas moved to the Galatasaray Museum, opposite Galatasaray High School. After visiting the museum, the two presidents drank Turkish coffee with views of Galatasaray High School and the Bosphorus Strait.
Talking about Laporta’s visit, Brak Elmas said. We told him the history of Galatasaray while we were talking in Barcelona. He also wanted to visit our high school. He told the history of the club, “he said.
Meanwhile, Laporta was impressed with this visit and said, “It’s a very beautiful place. We are in a historic educational institution. While in Barcelona, President Brak used our motto.” .. She talked “more than a club” about his relationship with high school. I wanted to come see this wonderful place and learn about its history. “I’ve seen this institution since the 15th century and learned about the relationship with the club. In a moving moment, I learned how Galatasaray was founded at this school,” he said.
