The national women’s volleyball team defeated Italy, Bulgaria and Belgium in Ankara’s home match and lost to China. The national team finished the first week in 4th place with 9 points.
The first week’s match was played in Bossier and Ankara, Louisiana, USA.
Japan finished its first week as a league leader. The second week of the match will take place June 14-19 in Brazil and the Philippines. The national team will face Brazil, Serbia, Germany and South Korea in the second week of the tournament.
