After playing for two Turkish super league giants, Fenerbahce and Besiktas, Melt Nobre worked for Akhisarspor, Hatayspor, Gentilelbilligi and Altay after leaving football. The 42-year-old soccer man spoke about his coaching career, Fenerbahce, Besiktas and Turkish football. Nobre’s answer to the question is:
-What are you doing first? What about your coaching / coaching career job?
I’m fine. Coaching is really different. Acting is easy. I loved coaching. I worked in Turkey. But that was difficult. Turkey has no patience. Unfortunately not. There is a new generation of teachers. They are promising. In soccer everything is different. Hopefully there will be another soon. That’s the way I feel and believe.

-Have you ever worked as a coach or coach in Turkey’s deep-rooted community? In which team do you think you are happier and more successful?
During my football career, I had a very happy time at Fenerbahce and Besiktas. The situation is very different when it comes to coaching. I can say that I was happy with Gentilel Birrigi. I installed the system in the camp. I fought hard. But; in Turkey, score alone is not important. I saw it. Turkey has management, a sporting director, and many other elements. I think this is Turkish culture. You’re doing a very good job, but the situation is very different because the manager is involved.

-Turkey is the second home after Brazil. You said so. Do you have any plans to continue as a coach in Turkey?
Frankly, my plan is to continue my career in Turkey first. If you are lucky, you will work in the new season. My first choice is Turkey. Then Brazil. It doesn’t matter if it’s the Super League or the TFF First League. Let’s make it a project. This is important. I believe this. When I say a project, it should be long-term. New instructors will need at least 6 months to set up the system. But in Turkey, the invoice is issued in 90 minutes. This is sad.
“JORGE JESUS overcomes challenges”
-Sir Fenerbahce, who wore a jersey before, took Portugal coach Jorge Jesus to the position of coach. What do you think about Jesus? Did it come at the right time?
Jesus is a very experienced coach. But he may have a problem. why? Ismail Cartal did a great job last season. Now Jesus’ work is even more difficult. Thoughts; You have a Turkish teacher, he does a very good job. Then come a new brand of teachers, but they can’t have the same effect. If this happens, Jesus will suffer a lot. Can he overcome this with his experience? Why not? After a new coach, a new player will come. Fenerbahce has a good team. Nevertheless, I think Jesus will make a 3-4 transfer. He is a very successful teacher. He has the experience of overcoming difficulties.

–Alex de Souza is a very valuable name for the Fenerbahce community. When do you think Alex is ready to lead Fenerbahce? Did they have a situation to work with Jesus, did they talk?
He is a legend. I haven’t talked to Alex about this. Alex needs some time to come to Fenerbahce. It will certainly come in the future. When I spoke to him, he said he wanted to gain experience first. Of course, all players are flawed. That’s what you see when you are a coach. Serdal Dursan is a good striker. But perhaps Fenerbahce needs another player. Serdar sometimes misses too many positions. He had to score at least 20 goals. If you want to be a champion, you have to be a big team and every attacker has to score goals. For example, recall what the Laline-Aboubakar-Ghezzal trio did in Besiktas. It cannot happen with Serdar alone. In the championship, the attack line is active and players on this line must be able to score 50 goals during the season.
